Caring for Your Piece
Our fine jewelry is crafted from solid gold and natural gemstones and designed to be worn and cherished for years to come. With proper care, your piece can remain beautiful for a lifetime.
Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and household chemicals. Remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, or exercising.
To clean, gently wash with warm water and a mild, neutral soap, then dry with a soft cloth.
When not being worn, store your piece separately from other jewelry to help prevent scratches.
If Something Isn’t Right
Every piece is carefully inspected by hand before leaving our studio. In the rare event that your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@sunlithours.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description of the issue. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Craftsmanship Warranty
Our craftsmanship warranty covers stones that become loose due to normal wear for one year from the date of purchase. We’ll repair the piece free of charge.*

*This warranty does not cover damage resulting from excessive wear, accidents, improper care, or repairs or alterations performed by a third party.
