Cancellations, Shipping & Returns

Our fine jewelry is made to order in New York City. Production and delivery times vary by design and are listed on each product page.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and delivery.

Every order ships complimentary within the United States via express USPS or FedEx service. A signature is required for all fine jewelry orders.

Your order will arrive beautifully wrapped in our signature packaging.

Every fine jewelry order is fully insured in transit and requires a signature on delivery. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

In the rare event a shipment is lost or damaged before it reaches you, we will remake your piece at no cost. Because each piece is made by hand, a replacement takes the same 2–4 weeks as the original.

Please let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can open a claim with the carrier straight away — these are time-limited, and we may need a short written confirmation from you to complete one.

Once a delivery has been completed and signed for, the piece is in your care. We aren’t able to replace pieces after that point, though we’ll always help with a carrier or insurance claim where one applies.

Return eligibility varies by product. Made-to-order fine jewelry pieces are created by hand specifically for you and cannot be returned except in the event of a manufacturing issue. The applicable return policy is listed on each product page.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

Cancellations can be made via your account on the order status page within the 24-hour cancellation period.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After 24 hours, the cancellation window closes and the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
